CEDA is required by contract to provide an Annual Report to the Cayuga County Legislature that includes a review of CEDA’s operations, accomplishments and projects, a presentation of CEDA’s receipts, disbursements, revenues and expenses, and a list of any real property owned, held or disposed of in excess of $50,000.
