CEDA has finished a seven month process to draft a Strategic Plan for Economic Development for Cayuga County. Included are a summary of the area economy and identification of the key economic forces within our region; a sector analysis of the current business and industry mix; an assessment of the area’s economic strengths and weaknesses; an assessment of the businesses and industries that align with our strengths and economic vision. An action plan has been developed for achieving measurable business and economic development goals.
