Highways

I-90 traverses east-west through the middle of Cayuga County, providing the region’s businesses with shipping access to major markets throughout the Midwest and the northeastern United States including Cleveland, Chicago, Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse and Boston.

I-90 also connects Cayuga County to I-81 which runs north-south through the City of Syracuse and connects the region to major markets in the Mid-Atlantic and southern United States.
